Smart Growth for Clean Water, 6/1/2003

This report showcases the results of the Smart Growth for Clean Water Project, launched in 2000 by National Association of Local Government Environmental Professionals (NALGEP) in partnership with the Trust for Public Land, U.S. EPA, the U.S. Forest Service, ERG, and five state/local demonstration projects. This Project is designed to help states and localities use smart growth tools as key strategies for achieving clean water goals.
