Comment Online on the DRAFT Massachusetts Ocean Plan

On July 1, Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Ian Bowles released the Draft Massachusetts Ocean Management Plan for public review and comment. To ensure that the Massachusetts Ocean Plan truly meets the needs of our citizens, the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) invites all of you to provide your input. Pursuant to the Oceans Act, public comments on the draft plan must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23.

Below are specific instructions for commenting online. Your comments will be entered into the Massachusetts Ocean Plan Comment Log, an official docket of public comments. Please be advised that you will be required to agree to specific terms for commenting to ensure the integrity of the site.
